  • Business Analyst - New Case Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Paylogix®, one of the fastest growing third party administrators in worksite marketing, is looking for an experienced new business coordinator having a group and voluntary benefits enrollment background. If you are licensed, have case management and enrollment experience, excellent communication skills, intimate understanding of payroll deduction programs and want to be a part of this exciting team, we want to hear from you.

    In this position, you will be responsible as the lead contact for Paylogix®’s new business implementation, interacting with client HR and IT groups to coordinate activities related to new case set-up. Ensures correct business functionality, information requirements, and system operations standards are addressed to support administrative functions sold. The ideal candidate will process highly confidential insurance transactions, including billing, collecting and posting premiums.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Consults with Marketing, Programming and Account Specialist staffs to develop an understanding of the business needs supported by the system, and the required data to ensure the system performs as required for each new group submitted. Responsible for determining how requested billing support needs will affect the system. Understands the role of the system in the big picture, and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
  • Thoroughly describes and explains the Paylogix role to prospective business partners.
  • Responds to questions and influences the client regarding current and ongoing system input requirements, the billing process, and available outputs. Negotiates plans, time frames and trade-offs while ensuring client understands the final deliverables of the project.
  • Participates in new business training and orientation.
  • Ensures current and accurate documentation (case files) of the receipt of group billing information.
  • Ensures timely collection of the necessary information from clients, producers, and carriers to meet billing implementation schedules. Pro-actively pursues submission of data files, product and vendor information, data transfer format information, etc.
  • Schedules and coordinates team approach with internal and external resources.
  • Produces progress reports, timelines, and graphics using advanced functions of a personal computer. Creates reports from existing client databases to satisfy user requests, case fee generation projections, etc.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal business units to develop a “joint” vision. Acts as a liaison with inside staff and/or outside vendors as appropriate in support of the billing function. Works together with staff to ensure the client’s business needs relative to billing functions have been met.

    EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
    Two (2) years of college and two (2) years of business related experience, or four (4) years of business related experience.

    The successful candidate will have a Degree in a related field and three years of experience, preferably in an insurance environment. Knowledge of Cafeteria, ERISA and Defined Contribution as well as 403(b) 457 and 401(k) plans preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Prior work experience with computerized systems is essential.

    Candidates should be analytical thinkers, have attention to detail, and understand payroll accounting issues and requirements. Outstanding interpersonal and oral and written communication skills are critical for success in this highly interactive role. Additionally, candidates must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills. The ability to work in a multi-culture environment is required. Should have good working knowledge of policy administration and insurance principals and products.     RESPONSIBILITIES:
    In this position you will be responsible for contributing to the profitability of the company by generating new business through personal sales quotas.   • Account Specialist

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • COBRA Administrator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    This is an administrative position. Bottom line, your ability to provide expert client service, with a smile, is what we expect.

    In this position you will build and supervise the highest quality COBRA Administration service to our clients. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving client, broker and carrier issues. You will also be responsible for premium administration including the billing collection, reconciliation and disbursement of client’s employee premiums and contributions for work related benefits.
